All Fall Upward Soccer games and practices will be held on the fields at Broadus Church.

Please Note:
There is no smoking allowed on the fields at Broadus Church,
and no pets are allowed on the fields. Thank you for showing respect for
authority and good sportsmanship at all times.

Online for Fall Upward Soccer at Broadus Church Has Closed

(Walk up registrations will be accepted on an individual basis at Broadus Memorial Baptist Church, 5351 Pole Green Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116)

Fall Upward Soccer is for children ages 4 (as of September 1, 2011) through 6th grade. Drop off the completed form and registration fee at the Broadus Memorial Baptist Church Office anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Checks are payable to Broadus Memorial Baptist Church.

EVALUATION AND SIGN-UP
- Each participant must attend one soccer evaluation, which will take place at the Broadus Memorial Baptist Church Fields as follows:
  
  Last Name A through M Saturday, July 30, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  Last Name N through Z Saturday, July 30, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- A make-up evaluation day will be offered on Saturday, August 6, from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for those who are unable to attend one of the above sessions.
