Hello brothers and sisters in Christ,
2 Chronicles 7:14
Your brother in Christ, |

Scripture Verses Cited by Dr. Blackaby:(What more could God have done for us than He
has done?) 1 I will sing for the one I love a song about his vineyard: My loved one had a vineyard on a fertile hillside. 2 He dug it up and cleared it of stones and planted it with the choicest vines. He built a watchtower in it and cut out a winepress as well. Then he looked for a crop of good grapes, but it yielded only bad fruit. 3 “Now you dwellers in Jerusalem and men of Judah, judge between me and my vineyard. 4 What more could have been done for my vineyard than I have done for it? When I looked for good grapes, why did it yield only bad? 5 Now I will tell you what I am going to do to my vineyard: I will take away its hedge, and it will be destroyed; I will break down its wall, and it will be trampled. 6 I will make it a wasteland, neither pruned nor cultivated, and briers and thorns will grow there. I will command the clouds not to rain on it.” 7 The vineyard of the LORD Almighty is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah are the garden of his delight. And he looked for justice, but saw bloodshed; for righteousness, but heard cries of distress. 8 Woe to you who add house to house and join field to field till no space is left and you live alone in the land. (The Power of the Cross) 1 Corinthians 1 18For the message of the cross is foolishness to those
who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
Luke 135 [Jesus speaking] "I tell you, no!
But unless you repent, you too will all perish.” 6Then he told this parable: “A man had a
fig tree, planted in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it,
but did not find any. 7So he said to the man who took care of
the vineyard, ‘For three years now I’ve been coming to look for fruit
on this fig tree and haven’t found any. Cut it down! Why should it use
up the soil?’ 8“‘Sir,’ the man replied, ‘leave it
alone for one more year, and I’ll dig around it and fertilize it. 9If
it bears fruit next year, fine! If not, then cut it down.’” 2 Chronicles 7 14if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Isaiah 66
7 “Before she goes into labor, she gives birth; before the pains come upon her, she delivers a son. 8 Who has ever heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such things? Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labor than she gives birth to her children. 9 Do I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?” says the LORD. “Do I close up the womb when I bring to delivery?” says your God. 10 “Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her, all you who love her; rejoice greatly with her, all you who mourn over her. 11 For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply
and delight in her overflowing abundance.” (The Power of the Resurrection) Ephesians 1 18I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, 20which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. |
